Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment innovative techniques and compassionate childcentered care.
Responsibilities
As a Director Marketing at Proud Moments ABA youll be challanged to realize your full potential:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning client intake and retention.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency across all channels ensuring alignment with the companys mission and values.
- Customer Engagement & Communication: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with families caregivers and healthcare providers.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Manage digital marketing (SEO PPC social media website content) and traditional marketing (print events community outreach).
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends client demographics and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Public Relations & Partnerships: Develop relationships with media healthcare organizations and community partners to enhance visibility.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget ensuring costeffective strategies that maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage mentor and provide guidance to a Marketing Content & Digital Coordinator. Ensure collaboration and alignment within the marketing team to drive results.
- Travel Requirements: Travel an average of 20 of the time visiting company centers and represent the organization at ABA conferences and industry events as an exhibitor ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
Qualifications
As an ideal Director Marketing candidate you bring to Proud Moments ABA:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience in marketing and communications preferably for a healthcare services company.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team including content creation digital marketing and team development.
- Experience in digital marketing content strategy and brand development.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics CRM platforms and digital advertising tools (Google Ads Meta Ads Sprout Social Canva Adobe Creative Suite Birdeye LeadSquared).
