Job Description
Responsibilities
- You advise our customers regarding the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- You analyze consult design and implement applications for defined HR business processes
- You execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for the . If needed you investigate alternative solutions for a defined problem
- You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into an existing process and system landscape for our customers
- You are responsible for the management of a defined subproject and take care of projectrelated tasks (scheduling resource planning and budgeting for your subproject)
- You develop and optimize interfaces
Profile
- A degree in computer sciences information systems or business administration or equivalent professional experience
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification desirable
- 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- 2 full implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions Web technologies and business integration solutions
