What we offer:
The KION Group is on its way to becoming the only true global player and market leader in the field of automated and robotized intralogistics solutions and products. Due to expansion of the Intralogistics team we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager ensures that all project goals are achieved within the budget: scope quality function costs deadlines under consideration of the contractual conditions and she/he creates the projectspecific standards.
The Project Manager reports to the Business Responsible of his project.
Role Purpose:
Delivery of the project scope conducting project evaluation and final report
Conduct all required project team critical & steering committee meetings
Communication with the customer from sign of contract to acceptance
Preparation communication and maintenance of the project schedule
Communication and negotiation with suppliers in consultation with Purchasing
In cooperation with the Site Supervisor and HSE safety of people systems and environment as per overall company or legislative requirements
Monthly short term forecast review
Monitor and manage overall project budget. Escalate potential budget issues quickly
Project review report preparation with support from project controlling
Risk and opportunity management including any risk mitigation strategies and actions
Tasks and Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For:
- Previous experience in the role or similar
- IT Literate MS Office
- Confident communicator to all levels of stakeholder both internally (e.g. Directors) and externally (e.g. customers)
- Knowledge of CAD/technical drawings
- Competences in riskassessment and riskmanagement
- Analytical and problemsolving skills are among your strengths
- You are able to plan organize and document multiple project activities
- Good skills in conflict management
- Advanced knowledge in written and spoken English
- Availability for travel in Italy up to 50 of time
