W Brisbane situated at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is currently hiring a Part Time Kitchen Steward. As a Kitchen Steward you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.
As a Kitchen Steward you will be responsible for the following:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations potscrubbing station.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas tables tools knives and equipment using detergent rinsing and sanitizing chemicals.
- Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
