Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Real Estate Tele Caller to join our team in Mumbai Mumbai Suburban and Thane. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position requiring a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and facilitating site visits for potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in cold calling engaging potential clients to generate interest in real estate properties (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in real estate sales with a focus on converting leads into successful sales (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in residential sales understanding client needs to offer the best options (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey project details and address queries.
- Ability to act as a channel partner developing and maintaining relationships with developers and clients.
- Proficient in telecalling managing outbound calls to engage potential clients and schedule site visits.
- Experience in presales coordinating initial client interactions and setting the stage for successful sales processes.
- Customerfocused approach ensuring client satisfaction and facilitating seamless site visits and bookings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team providing detailed information about real estate projects.
- Convince prospective clients for site visits by addressing their queries and highlighting key project features.
- Accompany clients on site visits offering indepth insights and information to aid their decisionmaking.
- Facilitate the booking process ensuring all documentation and formalities are efficiently managed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system ensuring followup actions.
- Stay updated with market trends and project features to provide uptodate information to clients.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly ensuring a positive client experience.
