Program Statement:
Catholic Charities provides BH outpatient including intensive outpatient treatment for adults who are diagnosed with a SUD MH Disorder or a dual diagnosis. We provide assessments group and individual counseling and case management.
What You Will be Doing:
- Conduct and complete assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans on assigned cases.
- Provide individual and SUD group counseling with assigned clients with evidenced based and evidence informed interventions.
- Provide case management services and work collaboratively with community partners to support individuals in their treatment
