The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently as a Human Resource Associate II. As a key member of our Human Resources Department this individual will be responsible for administering various employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Benefits team ensuring the smooth operation of various employee benefits tasks. As a key member of our Human Resources Operations team this role will play a critical part in shaping our employee benefits strategy.

Responsibilities

Owning all aspects of employee data throughout the full employee life cycle including data entry updates and general maintenance of employee records update HRIS system accordingly.

Providing counsel to employees on all benefit policies practices programs and guidelines which may include but are not limited to providing counsel to employees commencing a leave of absence or those employees at all levels of retirement planning.

Supporting special projects as needed and performing additional benefitsrelated accountabilities as assigned.

Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefitrelated inquiries and concerns.

Work with HR team to ensure timely processing of enrollments and deductions of transferred employees into new plans.

Manage Benefits inbox and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Support Leave of Absence specialist with administering Leave of Absence programs including FMLA short and longterm disability leaves parental leave military leave bereavement ADA requests and other companyspecific leave policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

2 years previous relevant experience in Human Resources Healthcare Industry experience preferred.

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Organizational Development Business Management or an equivalent related field preferred.
