About the role:
- Working with two of Australias leading Specialist Partner in Corporate Law.
- Act as trusted advisors for highprofile clients such as ASXlisted and multinational corporations.
- Work on corporate and securities law matters with a focus on disposals acquisitions and capital raising.
- Prepare draft and review documents undertake due diligence and legal research.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 3 PQE with private practice experience in Corporate Law.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills client focused & commercial minded.
- Excellent time management skills able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
