Hiring forFacility Supervisor in the Housekeeping department in the Wine Manufacturing Industry
Position: Facility Supervisor
Education: Any graduate
Salary budget:
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for training new staff & helping them grow in the organization.
- Handling all queries & complaints as a single point of contact for housekeeping.
- Working as an Acting Facility Manager in the absence of the Facility Manager & taking responsibility for the whole plant.
- Ensuring thathousekeepingmaterials and equipment are maintained and used correctly.
- Reporting persistent staff absences to the HR Manager.
- Carrying out any reasonable guest requests.
