Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients employees and visitors. As an Unarmed Security Officer you will be a key member of our security team tasked with enforcing regulations conducting patrols and responding to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.
WE HAVE ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce access control procedures including checking credentials and verifying authorized personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients employees and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents or disturbances and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
- Complete detailed incident reports documenting any securityrelated incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in security law enforcement or a related field preferred.
- Ability to maintain composure and make quick rational decisions in highpressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN
- Must submit a drug screening and background check upon offer of employment.
