As a Retail Manager youll be responsible for building and developing a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.
The successful candidate will Champion the Customer Experience:
- 2 years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
- Our WorldClass luxury brands includeTom Ford Ralph Lauren Ermenegildo Zegna Brunello Cucinelli Giorgio Armani Laura Piana Canali Hugo Boss Salvatore Ferragamoand many more!
- A focus on driving longterm customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the instore and online customer experience)
- Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others (with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements)
- Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear tailored clothing and madetomeasure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and a keen understanding of how to execute business plans and company initiatives individually and through ones team
