POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Undergraduate Admissions team the Admission Counselor is a key part of the efforts to recruit undergraduate students to Moravian University. Members of the Moravian Admissions team represent Moravian both onand offcampus to prospective students parents secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved in the college search and selection process. Plans and implements recruitment activities for a specific geographic area with the goal of recruiting and enrolling appropriately qualified students from that geographic area. Works to generate interest from appropriate students communicate institutional value to those students and evaluate applications for admission from those students. Specific recruitment activities will include datainformed travel group presentations individual meetings reviewing applications and basic financial aid counseling. Every counselor will be encouraged to act as a territory manager and coordinate their efforts to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
