Our trading teams are each comprised of a dynamic group of traders quantitative researchers and engineers who work together to examine the global markets seeking to understand the complexities of various traded products and exchanges. They leverage their impeccable statistical analysis and data mining skills using the results of their research to make forecasts and develop profitable predictive trading models.

We are looking for a Trader with a passion for financial markets and exceptional technical skills to join one of our growing trading teams.

What youll do:

• Manage trading operations in a fastpaced environment.
• Impact trading performance with discretionary sizing executing trades suggesting discretionary trades managing risk and tweaking of parameters.
• Develop a granular understanding of trading strategies interweaving alpha and technology.
• Provide analytical support to the trading community regarding the global markets and trading team performance.
• Serve as an advisor across several different departments providing new and innovative solutions for the complex problems we face.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills youll need:

• 2 yrs of experience in a trading or analyst role
• Degree in Finance Economics or similar high academic achievements
• A passion for trading and the financial markets
• Strong understanding of Linux
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a highpressure environment
