Job Description

PartTime Infant & Toddler Teacher! Our growing Early Childhood Learning Center has a job opening in our infant and toddler classroom. The position is parttime shifts MondayFriday 8:001:30PM. At Ivy Academy we value the unique spirit of each child and staff member. The teachers are responsible for developing and maintaining parent relationships collaborating with colleagues and participating in continuous professional development. Our school community and classroom environments foster independence creative thinking selfdirected learning and joy. The infant teacher will create a highquality learning environment for children ages 3 months to 2.9 years and have support from the top talent in our field. Responsibilities: Plan or assist with developmentally appropriate activities for infants & toddlers Provide individualized attention and care to each child Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their childs progress Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure quality care for all children Maintain accurate records of student attendance progress and assessments License/Certification: EEC Certification (Preferred) Criminal Background Check Schedule: 8:00AM1:30PM MondayFriday Starting Salary is $25.00 per hour depending on education certification and experience.
