Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service maintaining highquality standards managing costs and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant bar catering and room service departments.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health regulations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality presentation and service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff chefs and service teams for seamless operations.
Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor online reviews and implement strategies to improve customer ratings.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in service and products.
Staff Management & Training
- Recruit train and supervise food and beverage staff including waiters bartenders and kitchen teams.
- Assign shifts and manage staff scheduling to optimize service efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and implement development programs.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment to ensure employee satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Plan special events seasonal offers and loyalty programs to attract customers.
- Identify new food and beverage trends and incorporate them into the menu.
- Build relationships with local suppliers and partners for exclusive deals and collaborations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all food beverages and service procedures meet legal and industry standards.
- Adhere to local licensing laws alcohol service regulations and workplace safety policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve quality control.
Inventory & Supplier Management
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for food beverages and equipment.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Implement efficient inventory management systems to reduce waste and theft.
