We are seeking a Senior Director of Finance & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and oversee all aspects of revenue operations. In this senior leadership role you will collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights enhance revenue processes and support strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) this role will work closely with our finance and Senior Leadership team. Where We Are Located:This hybrid position is based at our Shoreview MN administrative offices. Position Highlights:
Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership on revenue optimization market opportunities and pricing strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to Aviation Operations Clinical Operations and Administration on financial impacts and business decisions. Lead the development and of annual financial plans and ongoing revenue forecasts. Deliver accurate revenue projections based on historical data market trends and business initiatives. Partner with executive teams to align financial forecasts with strategic goals. Oversee and continuously improve revenue models to ensure accuracy scalability and alignment with ASC 606 (GAAP) standards. Collaborate with Accounting to maintain compliance and ensure proper revenue recognition. Deliver regular reports on financial performance highlighting key trends and growth opportunities. Analyze revenue metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for technology improvements and optimization. Manage payor contracts and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. Oversee compliance with the No Surprises Act (NSA) and the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process. Drive enhancements to systems and processes for tracking reporting and analyzing revenue. Lead and mentor a highperforming team focused on revenue cycle management financial modeling and forecasting. Foster a collaborative resultsoriented culture and support the adoption of new processes and technologies. Adapt to changing priorities and assist with various duties as required.
What We Are Looking For: Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or related field. 810 years of finance accounting or revenue operations experience with 4 years in a management role. Expertise in GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606 and financial modeling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and financial analysis tools. Proven leadership in managing crossfunctional teams and fostering collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree (MBA) CPA or equivalent advanced certification.
- Experience in healthcare and/or aviation industries.
- Familiarity with Planful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
