JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to VP FPA Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead business partnering with Real World Advance Analytics (RWAA) and Consulting Division. In this highly visible role you will be instrumental in developing bestinclass processes and building robust reporting and analytics to support the business. This role will have one direct report.

This role will report directly to the Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis. The FP&A team is made up of three other individuals who bring a range of experience and knowledge. While a small team you will join a group of passionate individuals who enjoying working with one another. In addition to the FP&A team you will have the opportunity to be a part of the larger group of people under the CFO. You can expect to join a hardworking collaborative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting CPA or MBA preferred
Experience:7 years of finance experience including experience within Clinical Research Organization or Project Based Consulting Industry
Skills: Strong work ethic with a positive cando attitude Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research data analysis and resolve complex problems Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership Proven ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadline
