About the role:
We are looking for a detailoriented and datadriven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team in Bengaluru at WeWork India. In this role you will be responsible for increasing the conversion rates of our website landing pages and other owned channels. Having Email WhatsApp SMS campaign and SEO experience is a desirable and added advantage. Using data analysis A/B testing user feedback and industry best practices you will help optimize user journeys and enhance the online customer experience to drive better business outcomes. As part of this role you will be reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and identify conversion opportunities across our digital properties (websites landing pages apps) to improve customer acquisition retention and engagement

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design implement and analyze A/B tests multivariate tests and other experimentation strategies to optimize website performance

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics MoEngage etc. to track user behavior and KPIs identify trends and generate insights that inform optimization strategies

  • UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance website layouts navigation and overall user experience to remove friction points that hinder conversions

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop execute and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings working in collaboration with our SEO agency
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map customer journeys and optimize conversion paths from first touchpoint to final purchase or goal completion

  • Personalization & Targeting: Develop and implement strategies for personalization segmentation and targeted content to increase conversion rates for specific audience groups

  • Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Product and Tech to align CRO efforts with broader business goals and initiatives

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor analyze and report on conversion metrics and suggest actionable recommendations to improve performance

Education level and desired qualifications:

  • 47 years of proven experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist Digital Marketer or similar role with a strong focus on datadriven optimization

  • Proficiency in A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely MoEngage Adobe Target)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics etc.

  • Familiarity with website and landing page optimization techniques

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Sanity) and HTML/CSS/Javascript basics for testing and optimization

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and their impact on conversions

  • Ability to interpret data translate findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior funnels B2B purchase behaviour

  • Exposure to running email whatsApp & SMS campaigns to generate leads upsell Xsell

  • Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment
