The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer youre not just fixing things youre the unsung hero behind the scenes ensuring our guests experience comfort and safety without a hitch.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems that keep the hotel running smoothly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure everything is in working order.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to tackle larger projects and improvements.
- Keep an eagle eye on safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
- Assist in coordinating with external contractors when needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Your Skills and Style:
- At least 1 year of experience in engineering maintenance or a related field.
- Previous experience and skill with painting and plumbing preferred.
- Your technical expertise shines through youre the goto for fixing things.
- Problemsolving is your superpower you approach challenges with creativity and determination.
- Youre comfortable using tools and equipment to address various issues.
- Strong communication skills ensure you relay complex concepts with ease.
