The salary range:$70$75k with a $15k bonus based on meeting goals.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of GMTCare Las Vegas. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently employees are supported and organizational goals are met. The Operations Manager will collaborate with team members to optimize processes ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a culture of excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership:
o Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and highquality service delivery.
o Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures.
o Identify opportunities to improve workflows reduce costs and enhance productivity.
2. Team Management:
o Lead train and support team members to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
o Conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and foster professional development.
o Determine proper staff needs and assist in the recruiting and hiring process with Human Resources.
o Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that actively enhances team member engagement motivation and collaboration
o Enforce all company Policies & Procedures Rules & Regulations.
3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
o Monitor service delivery and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of customer service.
4. Financial Oversight:
o Collaborate with finance teams and Executive Director to manage budgets track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
o Identify costsaving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Foster positive relationships with clients families and stakeholders.
o Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
6. Technology and Systems:
o Implement and maintain technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
o Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field or relevant work experience
o 5 years of experience in healthcare management or operations
o Strong leadership and management skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels and clients
Preferred Qualifications:
o Masters degree in healthcare administration or related field or relevant work experience.
o Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
o Experience with budgeting and financial management
Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in operational planning budgeting and performance analysis.
o Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
