Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd level Senior Support Technician (f/m/d) based in Vienna and we hopeyou want to push the boundaries of digital innovation together with your team! In this role you will manage incoming support cases and troubleshoot customers issues and provide clear task descriptions and guidance to both internal teams and external service partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle user support cases via email phone and Teams calls in both German and English providing advanced technical expertise
  • Ensure highquality documentation and updates within the case management system
  • Act as a key link for escalating and solving complex issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Communicate resolutions to customers following internal reviews
  • Take a proactive role in identifying patterns and potential risks implementing preventive measures
  • Maintain detailed and structured documentation of all technical interventions for longterm traceability

  • High technical competence and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Unix Terminal and Windows CMD
  • A strong desire to learn about instore digital solutions and the ability to explain technical challenges to nontechnical users
  • A reliable serviceoriented and wellorganized working style that keeps everything running smoothly
  • A strong ability to work independently while also being a true team player
  • A selfmotivated attitude flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challengescombined with excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across a range of operating systems including Windows Linux Android and Tizen ensuring reliable performance and seamless integration within customer environments.
  • A good knowledge with MS SQL Server Management Studio

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 3063 gross per month based on fulltime employment 38.5 h/week). However the package will be higher and will be based on your qualifications and experience.
