As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager they will drive financial strategy budgeting forecasting and performance analysis. This role is critical in providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decisionmaking. The ideal candidate is analytically strong proactive and businessoriented with a passion for datadriven financial planning.

- Lead and manage the annual budgeting forecasting and financial planning process
- Build and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance and market trends
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify financial risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide strategic financial guidance
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior leadership
- Support product and sales teams with competitive pricing strategy development
- Drive cost control strategies to enhance financial efficiency and profitability
- Provide support for external audits tax filings and regulatory compliance
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and internal controls
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial planning analysis and accounting
- 2 years of managerial experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong financial modeling & data analytics skills
- Experience working in manufacturing or complex business environments is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP Oracle QuickBooks)
- Advanced skills in Excel & data visualization tools
- CPA or CFA certification preferred but not required
Work Environment:
- This position is currently classified as onsite in City of Industry CA

This position is currently classified as onsite.
Base Salary Range: $101000 $124000 per year based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Holidays Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including but not limited to location skills education and experience.
