Salary:$58380.00 $78468.00 Yearly. The salary does not include an additional 5 premium pay for employees working in an onsite 24/7 facility.

The Opportunity:
We need your leadership skills at Sunrise Community Facility to supervise and direct counseling staff in the treatment and case management of juvenile offenders and to ensure fidelity to the Juvenile Rehabilitation Integrated Treatment Model. You will lead developmentally appropriate trauma informed racial equitybased and culturally relevant counseling and case management for juvenile offenders and assure fidelity to JRs Integrated Treatment Model (ITM).

Required Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling six years.
OR
One year as a Juvenile Rehabilitation Residential Counselor (JRRC) Juvenile Rehabilitation Community Counselor (JRCC) or Juvenile Rehabilitation Counselor 2 (JRC2.
OR
A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution AND two years of professional experience in casework counseling probation and parole social services planning directing and/or facilitation youth group activities or experience in a related field.
Note: A Masters degree in Psychology Sociology Social Work Social Sciences or in a related field will substitute for one year of experience.
