Integrators leverage the Applications Development and Support domain knowledge in conjunction with knowledge of related architectures and business processes to integrate solutions across applications databases and infrastructure. This is a unique skillset needed within EMIT to architect and manage the end to end solutions with a focus on reliability usability efficiency supportability and consumability for the end user. The choice of this role is available to associates that have experience in various other applications development and support roles and it is not recommended for associates in early career stages.

- Drive the design for IT solutions for integration of multiple business processes technologies infrastructure and tools ensuring reliability security and long term supportability.
- Lead collaboration and communication across all services to facilitate delivery and maintain requirements of the design.
- Define frameworks roadmaps and long term strategy for applications services.
- Develop deep understanding of IT best practices (e.g.. incident manager) current business processes and application landscape/portfolio.
- Proactively look at opportunities for efficiency in application support by finding automation opportunities increasing appropriate standardization and influencing vendors.
- Demonstrate sound technical leadership and capability to communicate with technical and non technical teams.
- Add value to problem resolution by consulting on best practices and process design including ensuring that all parties are speaking the same language are clearly understanding the translation of technical terms.
