Our client is looking for someone to lead guide develop support and manage a team of Collectors while ensuring that key performance requirements are achieved and delivered in line with operational requirements processes and systems.
Matric
Must have dialler experience Vision Plus and 3 years supervisory experience as well as experience in a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required.
Retail Collections experience
Computer literate (Word Excel Outlook)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A strong track record of consistent performance within Credit Services
