Summary
Provide activities to patients who have impairments activity limitations or participation restrictions resulting from injury disease or other causes. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team. Maintain and utilize technical environmental and financial resources effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Activities programs are promoted to build awareness and achieve attendance goals.
- Individual and group activities programs are carried out according to established procedures maintaining records of participants and providing craft supplies games or other needed tools for the program.
- Patients are transferred to and from groups per department guidelines.
- Inventory of supplies and equipment is maintained per department standards as needed.
- Additional department organization or network activities are completed per established objectives.
