Job Description

Applications fromprotected veterans and individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged.Under the direction of the Supervisor/Release of Information Health Information Services Department this position is responsible for processing written requests for medical information to patients or authorized parties in accordance with HIPAA General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGL) Department of Public Health (DPH) and the policies of Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Ensures timely response to said requests and maintains the confidentiality and integrity of all information. This position provides direct customer point of service and supports the overall release of information process for internal and external customers of MGH. High School Diploma required.
