Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
RN will evaluate patients condition completing appropriateclinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor orDirector. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction withpatient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution ofneeds/problems document and report to Nursing Supervisor. RN will conduct admissions and assessments in the patient homes. Conductresponses and coordination of care education to the patient and family regarding the disease process selfcare techniques and prevention strategies and in meeting the patients nursingneeds. RNwill conduct Supervision of field staff assist in orientation and PositionsavailableASAP.

Licensure/CertificationRequirements:
Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing LicenseRequired
Current CPR certification
TB Test
Salary $60000$90000

Must work well independently enjoy problem solving andunderstand the importance of accuratedocumentation.
