Job Description
Incumbent will report to the Partners eCare Enterprise PMO Director. As part of the Partners eCare initiative to develop and implement an integrated electronic health information system at all institutions across the Partners HealthCare network the Delivery Consultant under the supervision of the Delivery Manager will work directly with PeC cross functional workstreams and application teams to understand key deliverable hospital (entity) responsibilities and top issues and risks. The Delivery Consultant will help coordinate integrated workstream kickoffs focused on communicating delivery approach and entity requirements. The position includes regular interaction with program management as well as project management within the entity and Partners eCare program.
The Delivery Consultant assists in monitoring high risk or high impact workstreams as per the project critical path. S/he manages coordinates activities needed to close or escalate project issues. The Delivery Consultant assists the Delivery Manager to mitigate at risk or overdue deliverables and ensures timeliness of risk and issue closure. They are the primary liaison between Application/Integrated Workstream Managers and the Delivery Manager and provides input to roles and competencies required for team to successfully execute project.
