TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance required.
Hours TuesdaySaturday 9am5pm or 10am6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup Avamar Commvault
Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
Assist customers with file management profile standards and email organization
Profile and permission structure knowledge
Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

Requirements:
HS or GED And 15 yrs OR
Bachelors and 10
IAT I Certification

Approximate Salary Range: $77000 $86900
