Job Description
The Delivery Manageracts as the relationship manager between the eCare program and the site(s) andassists in structuring and driving the daily work as per the project criticalpath. S/he manages and monitorsresolution of project issues escalating them to appropriate eCare or site decisionmakers as necessary. The Deliverymanager drives to resolution overdue deliverables and ensures timeliness ofpending deliverables. They are theprimary liaison between application Team Leads and the clinical and revenuecycle Delivery Leads and provides input to roles and competencies required forteam to successfully execute project.
