Summary:
This position is responsible for handling electrical and electronics maintenance activities in his shift
Detail Responsibilities:
- Handling Breakdown & Preventive maintenance of all the machines & Utilities
- Responsible for all the engineering activities carried out in the shifts. Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift duty system.
- Responsible for the machine down time related to electrical as well as mechanical breakdowns
- Maintain the logbooks and work orders in the required format.
- Carry forward the pending activities (if any) from the past shift and complete the same.
- Monitor the critical operating parameters like power factor panel Air compressor & air driers Scrubbers all chilling plants etc.
- Monitoring of spares consumptions in the shift.
- Ensure the maximum utilization of engineering technicians.
- Assist in preventive maintenance & maintain the machine history documents.
- Adherence in Quality Management Systems applicable.
- Adherence to EHS Systems applicable.
- Adherence to 5S S Systems applicable to department.
