Job Description

Saxtons River Elementary School is seeking a dynamic solutionfocused professional to join our educational community as 1.00 FTE School Counselor for the remainder of theschool year. This individual will support the academic and social/emotional development of students in grades K4 through individual small group and classroom socialemotional learning lessons. In addition this individual will effectively work as a member of a team be responsible for the development and monitoring of Educational Support Team and 504 plans offer consultation to teachers and build strong relationships with families and community partners.A Vermont educators license Level I or Level II with a guidance endorsement is required.Individuals should apply via School Spring and include a letter of interest a resume evidence of Vermont certification transcript(s) of degree(s) and three current letters of reference.
