Job Description

  • Annual salary of 55000 (FTE) 4500 car allowance
  • Permanent role
  • Fulltime 37 hours) parttime and flexible working patterns available
  • St Helens office base

The role

You will have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process including assessment design installation and handover and monitoring as defined in PAS 2030 processes.

You will be working on our social housing decarbonisation grant funding schemes working closely with other in house Retrofit Coordinators and assessors. Youll be providing continuous feedback to retrofit assessors to ensure that documentation remains compliant throughout the process.

The right fit

  • Must have a level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  • Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Certificate Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
  • Previous experience of working in a Retrofit Coordinator role
  • Previous experience of working on SHDF LAD/HUG ECO contracts is desirable.
  • Experience of using Energy Efficiency modelling software
  • Up todate CPD
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite.
  • Full UK driving licence.
