Job Description

Sarawak is a Field Marketing company that runs various Sales & Merchandising projects for international brands in the IT Cosmetics and FMCG sectors.

For our client Like Brands we are exclusively looking for a driven and resultsoriented Field Account Manager Belgium to strengthen our team.

As a Field Account Manager for the Cash & Carry department you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers within this specific market.

Your tasks

Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers within the Cash & Carry channels;

Identify and develop new sales opportunities and markets to drive business growth;

Proactively manage accounts including negotiating prices closing contracts and resolving any issues;

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that increase revenue and profitability;

Stay informed about competitors and market developments to maintain a competitive edge in the ethnic Cash & Carry industry;

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to effectively meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile

Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent work and thinking level;

Experience in a similar FMCG sales role preferably within the Cash & Carry environment and/or ethnic food industry;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills both orally and in writing;

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions;

Resultsoriented and capable of setting and achieving goals;

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment;

Fluent in Dutch French and English additional languages are a plus in the ethnic world.
