Job Title: Collection Officer – Mortgages
Location: Surat & Vapi
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Mortgage Collections
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and resultoriented Collection Officer to join our team in Surat and Vapi. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in mortgage collections and be skilled in followups negotiation and recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers for payment collections through calls and field visits.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of collection activity and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Provide daily reports and feedback to the collection manager.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage collections (home loans LAP etc..
Must be familiar with the local geography of Surat/Vapi.
Ability to handle field collections and travel as required.
Graduate in any discipline.
