Senior Software Engineer Team Delivery Lead

Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer / Delivery Lead you ll lead the technical delivery of client projects collaborate across disciplines and guide your team to meet sprint goals and project objectives. You ll also actively mentor team members and champion best practices to ensure the delivery of scalable highquality solutions.
What You ll Do
Project Leadership
Understand project scope objectives and technical requirements.
Partner with the Client Strategist to develop and maintain project roadmaps and plans.
Drive the team to deliver solutions that balance client outcomes and project success.
Share key project knowledge to support onboarding and longterm success.
Team Leadership
Lead by example embodying values of respect inclusivity and collaboration.
Advocate Agile and Scrum principles fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Guide your team through challenges with proactive problemsolving and mentorship.
Unblock team members escalating risks or removing obstacles as needed.
Risk Management & Facilitation
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Lead essential Agile rituals including sprint planning retrospectives and roadmapping sessions.
Onboard and integrate new team members seamlessly into established workflows.
Client Management & Communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
Lead productive client meetings and facilitate clear communication across stakeholders.
Keep teams focused on delivering client outcomes while balancing profitability.
What We re Looking For
Experience: 10 years in software engineering and delivery leadership with a proven track record in Agile teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in modern web or mobile development with handson experience in CMSbased solutions (WordPress preferred).
Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams fostering collaboration and resolving challenges constructively.
Project Management: Ability to lead the delivery of complex digital projects while ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Communication: Strong facilitation and relationshipbuilding skills to manage both team dynamics and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LAMP stack development.
Familiarity with strategic consulting or working closely with crossdisciplinary teams (e.g. designers strategists).
Background in delivering humancentered scalable solutions for diverse clients.
