SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Ebbsfleet DA10
Salary: OTE 30k / 35k Uncapped
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join an established local Estate Agency with offices in Southeast London and Kent.
If you are looking for a new position within a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base and takes huge pride in the service they offer then this could be the position for you.
You will need have a great track record in residential property sales. You will need to be driven proactive have a real passion for property and strive to deliver a firstclass experience for the clients.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Property sales experience
- Smart and wellpresented
- Intelligent and articulate with good common sense
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Local knowledge of the Ebbsfleet area helpful
- Driving license is essential
