Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Full stack to join our dynamic team in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte Sri Lanka. As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our cuttingedge software solutions leading a team of talented developers and ensuring the delivery of highquality products.
- Architect design and implement scalable full stack applications
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement technical strategies
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Establish best practices for coding testing and documentation
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in technical decisionmaking processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in full stack development
- 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript React or Angular
- Expertise in backend development using languages like Python Java or Node.js
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in version control systems preferably Git
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in architecting and designing scalable highperformance applications
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
