Job Description
Join our team at a prestigious resort in Mai Khao Thailand as a PartTime Bell Attendant. In this role youll be the friendly face greeting our guests and ensuring their stay starts and ends on a high note. Were looking for a customerfocused individual who can provide exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Escort guests to their rooms explaining hotel amenities and room features
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about local attractions
- Manage luggage storage for arriving and departing guests
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure smooth checkins and checkouts
- Assist with parking and valet services when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
- Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both Thai and English
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and information
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the local area and popular attractions in Mai Khao and surrounding regions
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- First aid certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Thai nationality only
