Job Description
1. Supporting Supervisor Pricing on managing customers RFQ or rate enquiries.
2. Managing the profitability of the accounts by different pricing solutions when there is market situation change.
3. Identify opportunities risks and challenges
4. Communicate and support sales & network with tenders adhoc bids and follow up on proposals timely.
5. Maintain Expeditors Brand Identity integrity for all outgoing documents and systems/databases.
6. Utilize financial tools required to better assess customer profitability and decisionmaking
7. Joint sale calls with Salesmen for potential accounts if necessary
8. Take up any additional tasks required by the company.
Qualifications :
1. At least 3year experiences in forwarding or carrier industry required.
2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
6. Ability to engage and connect with customers service providers and employees at all levels
7. Excellent problemsolving skills and business analytical skills
8. Be a good team player and effectively communicate to obtain positive results
9. Good time management skills and attention to detail
10. Ability to consistently meet deadlines under pressure
11. Current or previous dangerous goods certification is a plus
12. Understand nature of Industry and competition market intelligence in Ocean or Air
13. Have knowledge of cargo consolidation
