Job Description
- Manage the operations of assigned residence halls including building operations and the supervision of students and staff.
- Provide individualized support to students and supervise student staff fostering community development leadership skills and engagement within the campus community.
- Handle student conduct health and welfare cases and offering resolutions to problems when necessary.
- Respond to crisis situations within the assigned residence hall(s) and the entire residence hall system as a member of the rotating 24/7/365 crisis response team.
- Act as a liaison between the residence halls and other departments ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Attend weekly meetings with professional staff and resident assistant staff as well as participate in various events with other departments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing paperwork developing training materials and submitting reports.
Additional Position Information:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- One 1 year of experience performing managerial or supervisory functions for a residence hall.
- Familiarity with the daily operations of residence halls and ability to work with little supervision.
- Supervisory skills and knowledge of student development theory required.
- Must be able to move quickly through congested and/or crowded situations and communicate effectively with large groups of people.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree.
- Crisis response experience.

Compensation:
The successful candidates compensation will be $43888.
Furnished campus apartment.
Partial meal plan during fall and spring semesters.
