The internal consulting team is a team of management consultants with a strong problem solving skillset and significant insurance expertise. Our team reflects top talent from consulting firms leading financial services companies and recent graduates of the most competitive universities. The teams mission is to help solve Ryan Specialtys most pressing challenges and strategic priorities while serving as a pipeline of potential talent for the organization. We work in a highly collaborative model and prioritize development.
As a Manager in this team you will be the point person for a given strategic project responsible for managing daytoday delivery aligning stakeholders pushing the thinking forward to drive a highquality solution and providing coaching to junior resources in the context of the project.
The role will also require proactive highlighting of issues and identifying potential solutions beyond the workstream as well as contributions to building the operational excellence of the internal consulting team.

Work experience and Education

  • The candidate will have demonstrated differentiated academic performance relevant to performing analysis in a business setting

  • The ideal preMBA candidate will have a minimum of 3.5 years of preMBA strategy/management consulting experience or equivalent

  • The ideal postMBA candidate will have a fulltime MBA degree and at least 1.5 years of consulting experience in a top firm preMBA

The target salary range for this position is $160000.00 $200000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Fulltime roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
