The Bartender will ultimately be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food additionally taking any food orders by customers sitting at the bar.

Core Responsibilities:
Mixing garnishing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to menu specifications.
Providing information on menu items or guiding customers through drink options.
Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at Old Yale Brewing
Operate point of sale terminals and provide bills to customers.
Monitoring bar inventory and ordering supplies and ingredients when needed.
Ensure compliance with provincial liquor law regulations are strictly upheld.
