Key Responsibilities:
KBR is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to join a team of quantitative analysts and modelers dedicated to conduct modeling simulation and analysis (MS&A) of emerging concepts for the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) using advanced MS&A techniques and tools.
Participate in the definition and of study plans instantiate simulation designs run simulation experiments analyze results and create quality deliverables.
Must be able to work independently with little direction or guidance except in the most complex of situations.
Leadand/or participate inthe conduct of studies for seniorlevel military decision makers technology developers and acquisition professionals for use in CONOPS development force structure design resource allocation and targeted technology insertion.
Develop implement and execute an experiment design approach identify key metrics for simulation output analyze results generate insights and information and present findings to senior DoD leaders.
Conduct pre and postsimulation analyses as needed.
Develop and/or instantiate platform and system models model behaviors and model hierarchies in the designated modeling & simulation (M&S) environment.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree in operations research Applied Mathematics Data Science or related discipline.
Must have an active U.S. government TS/SCI security clearance
10 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 5 years of MS&A experience.
Strong knowledge of simulation analysis and experiment design & analysis techniques.
Skilled in R MATLAB Python JupyterLab and/or Jupyter Notebook.
Desired:
Masters degree in operations research Applied Mathematics Data Science or related discipline.
12 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 6 years of MS&A experience.
Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification.
Deep knowledge of simulation analysis and experiment design & analysis techniques.
Expertise in R MATLAB Python JupyterLab and/or Jupyter Notebook.
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
