Nursery Team Leader
Salary: 30500

Our client a welcoming and wellestablished nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Team Leader to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to take the next step in their career leading a team to provide highquality care and education for young children.

As a Nursery Team Leader you will support and mentor staff ensuring highquality care a safe and stimulating environment and strong partnerships with parents.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential.
  • A passion for early childhood development and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities fostering positive relationships with staff children and families.
  • A proactive solutionsfocused approach to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of care education health and safety in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Lead and support the team providing guidance training and effective staff deployment.
  • Oversee keycarer procedures ensuring each child receives tailored support.
  • Plan and facilitate learning experiences fostering childrens development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents providing professional feedback.
  • Promote the nursery and engage with the wider community.
