Location: Downtown Toronto Ontario Hybrid

The Role
As an Architectural Technologist you will contribute to the development of detailed drawings and construction documents ensuring design accuracy and compliance with building codes. This role involves site visits contract administration and project coordination working closely with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete drawing sets for commercial and retail environments using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Research and apply zoning bylaws and building codes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to produce highquality construction documents with minimal supervision.
- Conduct site visits to gather critical information and ensure design intent is met.
- Assist in contract administration and project coordination when required.
- Work efficiently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams consultants and clients.
What You Bring
- 1 to 6 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong background in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and construction documentation.
- Strong knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and commercial design standards.
- Experience working on commercial retail office mixeduse or hospitality projects.
- A portfolio showcasing elevations floor plans and section details in relevant project types.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a teamdriven environment.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills for engaging with clients consultants and stakeholders.
- Contract administration skills are an asset.
