Heres what you will do as a Digital Marketing Analyst

Were seeking a digitally savvy resultsdriven Digital Marketing Analyst with a strong understanding of Shopify Plus and integrated eCommerce systems. This role is ideal for someone with handson experience managing D2C and B2B stores on Shopify optimizing marketing performance and implementing CRM workflowsnot a fullstack developer but someone who knows enough to manage integrations apps and data flow confidently. Youll be responsible for overseeing the daytoday performance and functionality of our Shopify storefront coordinating light customization and app integration and using analytics to drive marketing strategy and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Analyst

  • Managing Shopify Plus storefronts for both D2C and B2B including site updates product launches merchandising and app integrations
  • Optimizing site performance usability and customer experience without the need for custom development
  • Implementing and managing CRM workflows customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing and customer behavior data to deliver actionable insights and improve campaign performance
  • Coordinating with marketing design and product teams to support promotions launches and crosschannel strategy
  • Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs including conversion rates retention and campaign ROI

What we are looking for in a Digital Marketing Analyst

  • 3 years in digital marketing eCommerce or marketing operations with a focus on analytics and
  • Experience managing Shopify Plus stores (no coding required but a working knowledge of themes apps and storefront tools is essential)
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps thirdparty integrations and optimizing backend workflows
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) including automation analytics and segmentation
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 Google Tag Manager and basic tracking/tagging
  • Understanding of D2C and B2B eCommerce best practices customer journeys and conversion optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and UX insight tools like Hotjar
