Job Description
Job Summary:
Carl Hogan GM is seeking a highly motivated and salesdriven individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the fastpaced and dynamic automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for generating leads providing excellent customer service and closing deals on new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles
Provide pricing information and negotiate sales with customers
Followup with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase likelihood of future sales
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions
Participate in sales training and meetings
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Goaloriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
