Job Description
Introduction: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Business Process Analyst to enhance our business operations through innovative process improvements automation and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data tools automation and application development within the Microsoft ecosystem
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Design develop and implement Excelbased tools and automations to streamline daily tasks and reporting.
- Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI ensuring they meet business needs.
- Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and optimize SQL databases and other database structures to support business functions and data analysis.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business requirements are adequately met through technological solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and VBA for automations.
- Proficient in Power BI including data modeling DAX and report development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for creating custom applications and automating workflows.
- Experience with SQL server management and database design.
- Ability to develop automation scripts in Python.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with team members and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in business process management Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL Python Power Apps or Power Automate.
- Prior experience in project management or leading crossfunctional projects.
