Job Description

Introduction: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Business Process Analyst to enhance our business operations through innovative process improvements automation and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data tools automation and application development within the Microsoft ecosystem

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Design develop and implement Excelbased tools and automations to streamline daily tasks and reporting.
  • Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and optimize SQL databases and other database structures to support business functions and data analysis.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business requirements are adequately met through technological solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and VBA for automations.
  • Proficient in Power BI including data modeling DAX and report development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for creating custom applications and automating workflows.
  • Experience with SQL server management and database design.
  • Ability to develop automation scripts in Python.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with team members and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in business process management Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL Python Power Apps or Power Automate.
  • Prior experience in project management or leading crossfunctional projects.
